My daughter just turned 11.she was skeptical about reading these books as she thought it was some kind of ripoff to Diary of A Wimpy Kid. I bought her first book at the schools book fair. She was hooked. I've never seen her want to read a book as much as this series. She now has all 12 books and is currently on her 6th one. Also, I was gladly surprised that the AR point value at school for most of these are 4 and 5 points. Which adds up quickly. The Wimpy Kid books are not usually that high in point value.

My granddaughter #4 is delighted with the collection. This is one of her favorite book series. And I'll do just about anything to keep her reading!
These books are favorites of my oldest daughter. We will be getting the rest of the book sets when the time comes.
My 10 year old loves this series. Couldn't get her to put the books down. We ordered all of them and she has read them more than once!
Bought this for my little. She will sit and read these books for hours.

both of my girls are so into these books. they even has my youngest reading and she isn't much of a reader. as we go back and forth to school she reads to us from these books during the ride. finding this set for this price made me happy. they are trying to get the whole set and since they're trickling in by the book I really needed to find a bundle pack like this, great deal.
I wanted my goddaughter to become a reader. She had siginifcant problems with reading, to the point she began to affect her self confidence. I wanted her to read something where she saw someone go through obstacles and find a way to conquer them. She loves this series. I bought her this for Christmas and she is already on Book 6. Box Set 7-9, here we come.
If you are looking to get your 7 - 10 year old daughter into reading look no further. My daughter got the first set when she was 6 but didn't read them until she was almost 8. When I finally made her sit down and read them she went through books 1 - 3 in only a month. What choice did I have but to order 4 - 6! Without missing a beat she picked these up and finished them as quickly as she could. She then proceeded to do some thing most children don't do any longer....she reread them all.

If you have a daughter that you want to get into reading then do NOT hesitate to buy this set and the first set.
